Christians Abortion, Margaret Sanger, and Planned Parenthood

Please read this if you are a professing Christian that stands with the Democrat/Liberal party. Whether or not you support abortion laws, the party you stand with does. Please be alert, chose your faith over feelings, and prayerfully consider the things I’m going to unfold.

If you’re a black Christian voting for Democrats, can you explain the reasoning for your stance? I’m asking because I never was challenged with my position until several years back. My reasons for endorsing the platform were more about feelings and race as opposed to facts. I didn’t see how my political choices were also a massive part of where I was spiritually.

There is an underlying agenda behind most political platforms, and I must say this liberal platform on abortion is utterly diabolical.

 

Good vs. Evil the Democrat Agenda

The kingdom of darkness is warring with the Kingdom of Heaven daily. When you are sleep, having fun with friends, enjoying the drama of Love and Hip Hop, or watching Tyler Perry movies—the spiritual warfare is ongoing. Therefore, when you vote and stand with abortion or any other ideas and ideologies that go against God, you are either knowingly or unknowingly casting your vote in opposition to God’s will.

In your prayer time, you pray for people to experience equality, love, joy, peace, and healing while the Democrats move closer to their plan to give women and teens the right to murder their babies (which are a gift from God). Sadly, these choices put you in opposition to the very God you claim to love.

Let Scripture Teach You

Please remove personal feelings, preferences, and skin color for now. Read this without anger and allow the Holy Spirit to teach you in all things. Your focus should first and foremost be on the will of God. According to God’s Word, is this the plan He has for the babies in the womb?

 

Jeremiah 1:4-5 NKJV says, Then the word of the Lord came to me, saying: “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations.”

 

God told Jeremiah about the purpose He had for his life way before He formed him in his mother’s womb. Additionally, God had a pre-ordained intention for Jeremiah to walk in. Therefore, each baby conceived in the womb serves a purpose that only God knows; Jeremiah is not the only one.

 

Ecclesiastes 11:5 NKJV says, As you do not know what is the way of the wind, Or how the bones grow in the womb of her who is with child, So you do not know the works of God who makes everything. 

 

Those who want so badly to offer abortion as a form of birth control don’t know enough about the baby in the womb. Since they don’t know about which way the wind blows, they certainly have no idea how the bone grows. They should leave God’s creation alone since they lack wisdom and understanding.

 

Margaret Sanger and Planned Parenthood

I spent a great deal of time researching Margaret, and her history was eye-opening. On the surface, it seems like she only wanted to do the right thing to help poor people limit childbirths during hard times.

Margaret Sanger was a publisher, sex educator, and birth control advocate that believed in eugenics. She published a journal for many years about birth control and spoke around the United States endorsing her views. Sanger regularly published with a group of known racists. She was anti-sematic and believed Jews were eroding the American population.

Sanger was also a supporter of limiting births and Adolf Hitler’s eugenics stance. To spread her message, she also spoke at a KKK rally for the women’s auxiliary in 1926 and partnered with the African American community.

Margaret and Eugenics

Eugenics is a set of beliefs and practices that aim to improve a human population’s genetic quality by excluding people and groups judged to be inferior and promoting those deemed superiors.

Margaret and other eugenics supporters believed that Jews, blacks, immigrants, poor, mentally ill, and disabled people were worthless to society. So, her solution to these societal woes was to use birth control and sterilization practices to keep those people from producing more offspring. 

God’s command to be fruitful and multiply meant nothing to her. She wanted to play God’s role and control who had a chance to bring life into the world and who could not. 

Sanger looked down on people and didn’t feel it was necessary to have lower-quality folk in the world. Those of the eugenics school of thought wanted the crème de la cream. Yes, they wanted the people they considered worthy and very smart to repopulate the earth.

Still Team Abortion?

Pastor Clenard Howard Childress, Jr said, “The most dangerous place for an African American is in the womb.”

If you had an abortion, I make no judgments against you. I learned about the horrors many women face even years and decades after making such a painful decision. If anything, my heart goes out for you. If you are planning to have an abortion—please don’t do it. God has a plan for you and that beautiful child. Pray over your womb and the future of that child right now.

 

Planned Parenthood and Blacks

Margaret Sanger started the American Birth Control League (ABCL) in 1921, which later became Planned Parenthood after that original name landed in poor review with many Americans. Here is one of ABCL’s founding principles, “We hold that children should be (1) Conceived in love; (2) Born of the mother’s conscious desire; (3) And only begotten under conditions which render possible the heritage of health. Therefore we hold that every woman must possess the power and freedom to prevent conception except when these conditions can be satisfied.”

Although her plan was originally for a birth control movement, she didn’t get involved in the abortion part until much later.

The Negro Project started when she wanted to recruit black pastors and ministers in her mission to spread her message and build trust from the poor community beginning in the south. That sounds quite familiar. Do you ever stop and wonder why the vast majority of abortion clinics are cities highly populated with low-income blacks? 

Isn’t that the same thing Democrats do now? They try to pimp our black ministers and leaders to get their poison through to us. The plan is still alive. Of course, they will paint it as it’s a good thing when, in reality, it’s destructive. The devil loves to cover up a lie with sugar to feed it to you.

Why Should You Care

First and foremost, if you are a born-again Believer and love the Lord Jesus Christ, you must honor Him. He paid a hefty price for your redemption and justification. Therefore, it’s only right for you to glorify Him and consider His thoughts. 

Firstly, if you are born-again, your life is not our own, and you are brand new. Scripture says, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new (2 Corinthians 5:17).

 

Romans 12:1-2 NKJV says,  I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

 

Secondly, you are to agree with Jesus and His Word. He already set forth instructions for us in His Word and through the commandments. Your thoughts are to become His thoughts. Satan is the prince of the air’s power, and his number one goal is to create division. He wants influence over your soul (mind, will, and emotions).

Since Satan is the prince of the air, he has control over mainstream media outlets. And the more you deny Christ by making the news your form of truth, watching evil television shows, and gravitating to the popular opinions of the world and social media, it hurts Christ’s body.

I can bet if you sit down and take inventory on what you really believe and line both platforms up, side-by-side, you’d be conservative too. Christianity is conservative soulful!

 

Conclusion

The woman’s right to choose what goes on with her body came from Satan. You can go back to Genesis to see how that started. Adam was fine in the garden all that time and did not touch the tree, but the devil put the thought of having authority over her body in her head.

The following message comes directly from the Democrat platform. Notice how they word the choice to murder so eloquently. They also want your tax dollars to fund “safe abortions” around the globe. When you vote this party in, this is what you agree with—a blood covenant with the devil.

–       We will support sexual and reproductive health and rights around the globe. In addition to expanding the availability of affordable family planning information and contraceptive supplies, we believe that safe abortion must be part of comprehensive maternal and women’s health care and included as part of America’s global health programming. Therefore, we support the repeal of harmful restrictions that obstruct women’s access to health care information and services, including the “global gag rule” and the Helms Amendment that bars American assistance to provide safe, legal abortion throughout the developing world.

I pray that this content has opened your eyes a bit. Gone are the moments where you can hide behind “oh, I don’t support that part, I just care about the poor.” If you care about the poor, support the poor child in the womb that can’t speak for itself.

Ask God to show you the truth of what I shared today. If He reveals that I am sharing truth to help and not harm you, please repent of supporting abortion and standing with this platform.
