A life transformation and soul cure (healing) come about when your mind changes. Joyce Meyer said, the mind is the battlefield, but I cry the soul is the battlefield because its playground is grander than just the mind. Since the soul consists of the mind, will, and emotions—it must be renewed.
In this post, I share six tips on how to improve your life and bear good fruit. God designed and purposed you to produce good fruit. But, bettering your life is about living intentionally and purposefully. The only way to improve your life for the better is to apply God’s principles. He’s the One that designed and created you. Father is familiar with your feelings of insecurity, discomfort, fear, hurt, and discontentment.
Do you know who you are? Learning to Love Yourself is the new and final piece to this “identity series.” In Kiss Insecurity Goodbye (part 1), we unwrapped how our flawed thinking about God shapes our identity. And in Uncover Your True Identity (part 2), we discussed how to carry ourselves as a child of the King. In Let Truth Expose the Lie (part 3), we unwrapped how truth (light) will expose lies (darkness) and reveal unhealthy thoughts that keep you bound.
Do you know who you are? Let truth Expose the Lie is the new and third part of this “identity series.” In Kiss Insecurity Goodbye (part 1), we unwrapped how our flawed thinking about God shapes our identity. And in Uncover Your True Identity (part 2), we discussed our identity as a child of the King. Today it’s imperative that I highlight how the truth (light) can uncover the lies(darkness) you’ve learned about yourself and God over the years.
Do you know who you are? Discover your true identity is a part of the Identity Series. To understand your purpose, you must first understand your value in Christ Jesus. Jesus’s salvation gifted the Believer with tons of priceless treasure. Therefore, I encourage you to read Do You Know Who You Are? Kiss Insecurity Goodbye. If you don’t know who you are, you’ll struggle in your soul with many ungodly strongholds.
Do you know who you are? This identity question sounds relatively simple, but you’d be surprised about the response people share. When asked, I bet you usually explain what you do and most likely ramble off a list of things, such as your physical description, accomplishments, where you’re from, or career.
